Our Support Group has a closed/private Facebook Group and all our registered Members are welcome to join in.

There are many people in our local communities who are house bound or bed bound with ME/CFS, FM, Long COVID or MCS and not up to being at Support Group events at the moment, so this is a great way for them, and all Members, to feel involved.

Like at all of our gatherings, it’s a place for us to share, be ourselves and be amongst others who understand what we’re going through.
